Somatic psychotherapy incorporates the body into therapeutic sessions and understands that the mind and body are inter connected. We will work directly with the nervous system and the body to unearth stored emotions, memories, and trauma and help you reorient towards your strengths, a sense of safety in the body and radical acceptance of all of your parts. I utilize traditional somatic techniques from a variety of modalities including hakomi, internal family systems, brainspotting & somatic experiencing.
